SKINNY PUPPY:
HanDover (CD) 159,50
Their 14th album, hanDover, centers not only on the unbridled greed of the world's financial organizations and the governments that enable them, but the climate of political impotence which makes people resign their fate, no matter how insidious the situation gets. In typical Puppy form, hanDover finds the duo moving forward while still maintaining that sense of aural discovery that has been a hallmark of their 26-year career. Aided by longtime associates Ken "Hiwatt" Marshall and Mark Walk, Ogre and Key have delivered an album that mirrors today's cultural uncertainty.

SOPOR AETERNUS:
Imhotep CDS/12" 119,50/189,50
Super limited CD-Single edition of 407 copies and super limited vinyl edition of 307 copies for ‘regular’ sales. Accompanied by the monotonous rhythm of a ritual drum, two old funerary violinist are pacing slowly through the darkness towards the black hole of a freshly opened grave… With the single "Imhotep" (originally a special bonustrack only available for fans) Sopor Aeternus & The Ensemble Of Shadows are attending to a chapter from their 2004 album La Chambre d'Echo and use this radical revision to transform an almost entirely electronic song into a dramatic, chamber-music danse macabre. Reduced to the bare bones, only accompanied by percussion, a death-bell and two string-players, the fabulously eerie Saint-Varney-of-the-Dead is singing a sad lament of suffering and pain, and demonstrates once again that Sopor Aeternus & The Ensemble Of Shadows are still entirely beyond comparison. The vinyl edition is made in classy black 160g vinyl with elaborate laser-engraved etching on the B-side. Printed inner sleeves, and is hand-numbered by Anna-Varney Cantodea.

STRAFTANZ:
Mainstream Sellout Overground (CD) 159,50
Some bands believe, that they are extremely ‘original’ and ‘interesting’, if they talk about anything, but their sound… So read, what Straftanz wrote about their album: We are Straftanz. We scream freedom, yet we are unfree. We are people without morale and discipline, yet you adore us when we sagaciously state the wrong. We are the soft concrete that offers good rest for your weary brains. We piss on graves to show you that parables are sometimes parabolic. We do not care for the cave paintings on the faces of the elitists. We set words to march in rows and hide explosives in between them. We know that hand that held the chisel, but that does not mean that those words engraved in stone still have meaning for us. We steal from the strong, because we know: It is not about where you take it but about where you take it to. We feel part of a culture that is not "sub", but we do not feel rotten enough to drop any dogma without second thoughts. The elite tremble in fear, even though they still have no idea what we hung up above their heads. We are not crazy, not wise, not original, not ironic and we are not abstract. But we will drown your Hierarchies in sweat. Get ready. Mainstream. Sellout. Overground.

SYSTEM SYN:
All Seasons Pass (CD) 159,50
All Seasons Pass is unlike any previous System Syn album. The album tells the true story of the final tragic days of a young woman as seen through her eyes and through the eyes of those around her. From the opening electronic hum of “God Damn”, the haunting opening lyrics of “Mercy”, the echoing pain of “Homecoming” and the sorrowful, danceable “Confession”, All Seasons Pass stands as a masterful work of art from one of the genre’s most unique and inspiring talents.

32 CRASH:
Y2112Y (CD/Box) 149,50/249,50
Our favorite Belgian time-travelers Len Lemeire, Jan D'Hooghe and Jean-Luc De Meyer just returned from their last intergalactic mission. 32 Crash are back on Earth. Front 242's lead-vocalist and his gang lead us through this 20-track album, depicting a detailed state of the World, in the year 2112. With this new 'Y2112Y' full length album, 32 Crash opens the door to a parallel 'music' universe where upbeat futuristic electronic tunes led by the unmatchable vocal talent of Jean-Luc De Meyer crash into electric wave vibes with a fresh minimal retro punk touch. One can always expect the unexpected with 32 Crash, thus we also get served a limited edition box containing, in addition to the album Y2112Y, an impressive remix album 'AD MMCXII' with 18 complete reinterpretations of Y2112Y tracks, all arranged and remixed by 32 Crash themselves, on which the Belgian boys reiterate their madness for a new "retro" sonic experience at full blast.

THIRTEENTH EXILE:
Into Nothing (CD) 159,50
Coming in 6-panel Digipak. The new album "Into Nothing" is a well produced masterpiece with both dark electronics and remindable lyrics. On the opening track "The Worm" Svegsjö takes his dark rhythms and frenetic strength in vocals at a new level. On "Life Eraser" the vocals get even more brutal and frustration becomes real. Play it loud! "My Legacy" follows with a slower beat just to get back on agony level with up-tempo classic "Pain Receiver". Choirs which encourage to scream out the daily rage. In "A perfect World" cinematic hypnotized arranged bombastic soundscapes are accomponied with vocals as crying for help. Thirteenth Exile also pays a tribute to one of their favourites acts; Portishead with the excellent cover version of "Wandering Star". With monolithic details and massive beat - the album "Into Nohing" is nothing but pure electronic love.

VNV NATION:
Automatic (CD) 169,50
On their widely-anticipated new studio album, Irish/English bandmates Ronan Harris and Mark Jackson have been hard at work crafting the new album into something far more conceptualized and thematic than previous releases. Calling the new album an "Opus of Retro-futurism", Ronan has been streamlining the music, artwork, and imaging of this album into a concept that encompasses the industrialization and technology of late 30s America while embracing the technology of today.

X-RAY POP:
Radio Pilot [Greatest Poppers 84-88] (2CD) 229,50
Psychedelic and gaudy, messy and robotic, X-Ray Pop’s music has never been from it’s era: it missed the great whirls of the 60/70s, from Zappa to Kraftwerk. But it was also too early in it’s own era to be able to cope with dandies of the acid and fluo generations. It even could try, in the 80’s, to pick a quarrel with Rita Mitsouko, but hits, Didier and his hallucinated mates always preferred to torn, to torture more than to turn them into gold. Indies by mission, pain in the ass by taste, on the edge by means, libertarians by insolence, girls and boys from X-Ray Pop didn’t make their life’s easy: The price for an uncompromising attitude.
